5 SAFE ESSENTIAL OILS + THE SCIENCE OF ESSENTIAL OILS AND EMOTIONS

Essential oil is the Purest and Powerful form of natural plant based medicine.

I am in love with everything that makes me feel good because feeling good is the best feeling ever.

There are three ways of application of essential oil for therapeutic purpose-

  1. - Ingestion

  2. - Topical application

  3. - Inhalation(I don't recommend ingestion as it is highly specific and should be taken for a limited period of time only under medical supervision)

Where as topical and inhalation are the safest ways of using essential oils in therapeutic form. - Topical-Pure essential oil molecular weight is less than 1000m and easily absorbed by the skin These compounds travel through the skin, enter the bloodstream and penetrate into the cells. - Inhalation-During inhalation it enters the bloodstream as it is absorbed by the blood vessels in the lungs, enters the nasal cavity and  stimulates the limbic system of the brain.
