These are few of many false health recommendations on"Eating food without SALT!" that every one need to know

❌"Reduce your salt intake "

❌"There is enough salt in the vegetables you eat" 

❌"Salt increases fluid retention""

❌"You should stop salt intake if you have   high blood pressure"..

Any extremities does no good to our body.

It depends on the QUALITY AND QUANTITY of the salt.

There is a lot of difference between Table salt and Natural Sea salt.

 

"Sea Salt with its natural mineral content is very essential for life".

It is a Medically proven fact. 

  • Stomach acid HCL needs salt for its production.

  • It plays an important role in transporting nutrients to the cells and maintaining Acid-Alkaline balance in the body.

  • It is very essential for nerve and muscle function.

  • It regulates Blood pressure and vascular elasticity.

  • Prevents Mucus formation.

  • Prevents electrolyte imbalance.

  • Improves immunity.

where as,Table salt does the OPPOSITE.

  • Table salt is the major processed food which should be eliminated.  


Though it is produced from sea,table salt is processed by removing all the essential minerals leaving Sodium chloride as the major ingredient,adding anti clumping agents and other chemical additives.
